A word about criminal law

Conflicts involving intellectual property are often solved through out-of-court proceedings by means of notifications, where we seek to demonstrate, quite clearly, the right of our clients, seeking elimination of any illegal acts by the offending party.

However, when a conflict is not solved amicably, there is no alternative but to file a lawsuit.

Judicial litigation in intellectual property acts in two spheres of the Judiciary: in the scope of Federal Justice, in cases involving the nullity of rights conferred by INPI (nullity of trademarks, patents and industrial designs) and in the State Court, in lawsuits aimed at eliminating any illegal act and receiving a indemnification.
